Microsoft Outlook mailbox data can be stored in an archive file for storage and offline access.  These files have the extension .PST after the filename.  To open a .PST file do the following:

From Microsoft Outlook’s main screen click the File pull down menu Choose Data File
Management…
Click the Add… button
Click OK
Browse to the location of the file on the H:\ drive
Click OK
Click OK again
Click Close
You will notice that a new mailbox has opened in the right hand mailbox pane. You can now browse and search the message(s) that you need.
