Getting started using the AVSL Online Reporting System
Beginning with the first reporting period of FY11 ITCS will use the vacation system available on your My.ACES main page for tracking annual vacation and sick leave.
To access the My.ACES main page type the following URL in your web browser:
http://my.aces.illinois.edu
Enter your netid and Campus Active Directory password (If you would prefer you can use your Bluestem password by clicking the Login with Bluestem button at the bottom of the login area.)
Once you are logged in you will need to add the Vacation System to the My.ACES main page. Do this by choosing Vacation System from the Add content pull down list.
Once you have added the vacation system it will remain on your My.ACES page, unless you choose to remove it by clicking the blue X at the top right of the Vacation System section of the page.
To open the vacation system either click the Vacation System link at the top of the box or the Report or request days off link at the bottom.
